Cancellations

BOOKING FEE

If we are booked far in advance, we sometimes charge a booking fee to secure the date.
This fee is non-refundable unless we cancel the gig for any reason.
If that happens, we will assist you in finding a suitable replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the number of inquiries we receive, all gigs must be paid in full one month before the event.

If cancellation occurs with less than one month’s notice, we are unfortunately forced to charge the full amount.

Harrassment

Harassment will not be tolerated!
If any harassment occurs, we will notify the event committee and contact HR and management.
If the situation escalates and we’ve had enough, we will put on a playlist and leave — but still charge full price for the evening.
